BCPs and Lupron - No Period

I am starting my 2nd IVF cycle at SG. I am on lupron and finished taking BCPs on Sunday. Have not started bleeding yet. Last cycle I started bleeding once I stopped the pill. I am supposed to call my nurse tomorrow if I don't start bleeding. Wanted to find out if this has happened to anyone and if so was your protocol changed or different than originally planned. Thanks in advance.
