spinoff - stylish spring looks for office

For those WOTH moms, any ideas for spring looks for the office? I just got a couple of new jackets at Nordstrom (from their Classiques brand) in lighter colors, but beyond that I am out of ideas. I am kind of sick of suit looks (going for separates with jackets), but in a very male dominated environment so need to look especially put together. TIA!

In spring and summer I like shift type dresses. You can take off a soft jacket or cardigan for when you are outside and cover up inside. I great necklace (bold) and some nude heels should round out the look. I would go for solids in really any color.
