I am. It was going well, except I have not received payment for the last two weeks.
After some frustrating calls I got an automated response which told me there is "an outstanding issue on my claim." OK, no problem. Why haven't they sent me a letter telling me what is the issue? I sent an email to the Alexandria office, but I'm not holding out much hope of getting a response. Plus it is impossible to get a live person on the telephone. I also checked their FAQ's but nothing addressed this issue. I really don't want to go to Alexandria, it is a bit of a hike for me. I know I'm going to get there, find out the problem and still have to go back to get it resolved. Sorry, I find the whole thing very frustrating. |
| Sorry this is happening to you. But I would guess going down there in person might be the fastest way to get an answer. GL! |
