Can you download Google Drive?

When a student leaves MCPS, can you get a copy of their google drive documents/slides/etc before they leaves? Is there a way to do this easily/quickly or do you have to go doc by doc?

MCPS doesn't allow students to share documents with an outside account.

In FCPS at least I *think* kids can download files to a thumb drive.

I don't think you can. When I left MCPS I had to go document by document. It was awful but I'm 100% happier having left so I suppose that's a win.

Deselect all and choose only the Drive app.

You should be able to export into one zip file at that point.

I just tried using my child's MCPS account and all of the options for the Drive app were blocked/removed by MCPS.

Ok... I'll take a look a my kids account when I get home from work. I know they lock the accounts down pretty hard but I'll see if there is a work around.
