I just went to Down Dog Yoga in Bethesda today and loved it. I went to the lunch power hour and it was fabulous. It's vinyasa flow in a 95 degree room. I'm used to bikram so the 95 degrees actually felt nice and refreshing.  I found out that the first week is free and you can take as many classes as you want. The staff were incredibly friendly and the studio itself is lovely and very light-filled.
