Do your children attend different elementary schools (not preschool)?

| We have our older child in public school and our younger in private - they each have their own strengths and weaknesses and we wanted them to each have his/her own 'school'. Each loves going to the other's school (pick up, special events) - the different school calendars/vacations are a pain. I volunteer at both schools and the kids do community based activitities as well as school activities. They've noticed they go to different schools and ask sometimes why... a good opportunity to point out we are each different, etc.... We are working out all the challenges but overall it has been fine. |
