I really want to try yoga but I am an absolute beginner and don’t know where to begin. Any recommendations would be very helpful! Thanks!

Montgomery County recreation has moved their yoga classes online for the winter session, which starts next week. I have taken some of those classes in-person and the instructor I had was very good, not sure how the virtual classes will be. They offer different classes, including some labeled as "basics".

I can advise you a great site https://inshape.blog/yoga/yoga-balance-poseswith balance yoga poses that will help you to become a balanced and patient person. There are a lot of benefits of practicing yoga because this means having a healthy body and mind. Yoga also has several physical benefits that would do some good for everybody with a sedentary lifestyle. Among the benefits of regular moderate exercises are better sleep, reduced stress, and anxiety, elevated mood, and self-esteem. I started to practice yoga two years ago and I still practice it because it helps to keep my mind clear and healthy.

Just curious as to why? I'm looking for a new online yoga experience and was wondering if I should join her paid service.

I really like Peloton's yoga offerings so far. The instructors explain the poses and why we're doing them/their benefits in great detail. I really like Anna, Adithi, and Ross' classes, and there are some fun "theme" classes (e.g., Beyonce).
