Contactless vehicle inspection in Virginia

| My car is due for its state inspection and emissions test soon. Any suggestions of places to do this in North Arlington/ McLean without contact? I don't want to use the dealership because the car is older and they always find $1500 of unnecessary repairs. |

| We are in a different state, and ended up having the van picked up and dropped off by the garage (could only find one garage that was doing this). Are now letting any possible covid die off inside while we don't use the van. Our state gave long (6+ months) extensions for inspections last year, but stopped that right when the fall surge took off in Nov. |

| Most gas stations in va will do this. There are at least three on Lee highway near Lee Harrison that do it. They might have to drive your car though. Just keep windows open and wipe it down when you get it back. |
