Dealing with period cramps during IVF- no NSAIDs

I’m starting my IVF cycle tomorrow and was told no Advil once I begin stimulation. I have endometriosis and get horrible cramps that I manage to a tolerable amount of pain with Advil and aleve. Any tips for managing pain without those meds during IVF?

Heating pad? Tylenol is not an NSAID.

I’d push back a little bit. I had a nasty migraine on day 4 or so of stims and they told I could take medication with ibuprofen because my retrieval was still a ways out.

I'm usually not an opioid person but maybe that would hold you over for this brief time
