| Anyone seeing an OB at Reiter Hill (RHJN or whatever they call themselves now) for a current pregnancy and can discuss their Covid protocols, whether visits are in person or telemedicine? I'm AMA and high risk for other reasons as well so I'm trying to figure out if I want to stay with them or go somewhere else. I know lots of people don't like them - I had my first with them and it was fine. |

I can only speak to my experience with the DC office.
They send you an online form prior to each visit that you have to complete re: potential exposure and completing all check-in paperwork and payment online beforehand. All chairs are spaced in the waiting room, and from previous experience with them, they are staggering their appointments so that there is no more than 6 or so waiting at any given time. Masks are required throughout the visit and only the patient is permitted to attend appointments. My friend delivered with them this summer, so her appointments were through the early stages of the pandemic. Several of her appointments were moved to telehealth (I haven't had any telehealth appointments, but require additional monitoring for an existing condition). They also seem to have reduced the number of appointments for most patients to only those that are necessary. |
| Most of my visits were telemedicine, only the ones which required bloodwork or U/S were in person. It ended up being a lot in person for me because of an issue that came up, I needed ultrasounds every week. I went both to DC and to Friendship Heights. It felt very safe, everyone masked, very few, if any, people in the office. |
| Thanks, this is helpful. |
