Are you female? Is this sudden or gradual? Have you seen your GYN recently?

food poisoning? stomach flu? are you dizzy, because I get that too right before the vomiting begins.

Female. Have really bad seasonal allergies, could this be from REALLY bad post nasal trip? I went to urgent care this AM and got covid tested and flu tested. negative.

I had chest pains there.
Now the other symptoms are coming on. I seem to be having crazy reactions to everything I eat but no diarrhea or vomiting.

This is what I'm thinking. Or some kind of colon flare up?

You ate too much fiber and it is gas. The exact same thing happened to me last summer. I even posted my "demise" on dcum, though after in a funny way!
This was when stomach ailments were acknowledged as the major symptom of covid is some people! All I needed was a good poo!

This happens to me and it’s a sinus issue/stomach issue for me. I eat something that gives me bloating and gas and my sinuses drain at the same time causing a perfect storm of nausea and dizziness. Once after eating soup, I threw up bc it opened up my sinuses and drained into my stomach and I got sick.

It could be a bunch of different things for you but just try to start isolating the symptoms and see if there is something you can tie it to directly. Hang in there and hope it goes away.

This has happened to me from gas. It’s scary though!! Gas-x chewables help, also laying down and moving my legs up and down, kind of like how you’d “bicycle” a gassy baby haha
