I eat something that gives me bloating and gas and my sinuses drain at the same time causing a perfect storm of nausea and dizziness. Once after eating soup, I threw up bc it opened up my sinuses and drained into my stomach and I got sick.

It could be a bunch of different things for you but just try to start isolating the symptoms and see if there is something you can tie it to directly. Hang in there and hope it goes away.

Interesting, it happened after I ate a bowl of a spicy soup. I wonder if that is what happened.. it opened my sinuses to drain.

I get chest pains from gas.

I get many different symptoms in my lower abdomen from burst ovarian cysts, from bloating and movement down there to excruciating pain such that I can't move or talk.

FYI, there are no plant allergens in the DC area in midwinter. You might be allergic to mold or dustmites.

You could be allergic to certain spices, OP. Perhaps you have some variant of IBS. Look up the low-FODMAP diet.

Just a PSA that shingles can present with abdominal pain and it often gets missed till the rash appears. I sincerely doubt that's what you have OP since you have other issues, but just putting it out there. It happened to me last winter. Not a sharp pain, more dull and gnawing on one side from an affected nerve.

That was my vote. In my case, I was not able to have a BM, was bloated, didn’t feel well, no appetite, could not stand up straight from the discomfort.

What side is the sharp pain? This is how I felt with appendicitis but after a few days of feeling ill and nauseous. The pain came after it burst. You don’t want to go there. If it continues after you try simethicone anti gas medicine then go to ER and demand an ultrasound to check appendix. Good luck

OP, had the same thing over the weekend. I think it was actually a virus.

Heartburn and gas

I currently have a diverticulitis flare up and the antibiotics triggered a rare side effect of pericarditis.. those are exactly my symptoms. According to my doctor, the two can be linked. You need another doctor to take a look.

This. I can't believe no one has mentioned appendicitis yet.

Look up "Wind relieving Pose" + Yoga or pawanmuktasana for images of adults doing just this.

Sounds like constipation. Eat some prunes.
