Accupuncture for a breech baby

Does anyone have any recommendations for an accupuncturist that can work on getting a breech baby to flip? I'm particularly interested in recommendations from people who have had success at using accupuncture to turn a breech baby.

I have a fantastic acupuncturist but I haven't specifically worked with him for a breech baby. But you might want to just call his office and see if that's something they can work on. I'm sure it will be--he does work on a lot of pregnant women and fertility issues, etc.
His name is Kelly Welch (works also with his wife, Katherine Yonkers) and their number is 202-783-9404. He's awesome and has helped me through several pregnancy related issues. |

18th and I Streets downtown. Right across from Farragut West Metro and just a couple blocks from Farragut North. Don't have the exact street address but they are right on the corner in the building above the Subway (across from Pret A Manger).

Seconding Kelly - again, I haven't worked with him for a breech baby but have been going since about 20 weeks for various issues (I am 37 weeks now). His (and his wife's) website is here: http://www.acupuncture-dc.net/

I second Kelly Welch and I have used him to turn a breech baby. He is kind and knowledgeable. We discovered the breech in week 38. I had two moxibustion sessions and the baby turned. But I also did a lot of excercises like crawling on all fours, lying in an inverted position on an ironing board, and tilting the hips / pelvis while lying on my back with my feet up against the wall. Please search this forum as there was a thread on it very recently.
By week 39 DD had flipped back to a normal position. |

| I had moxibustion. The baby turned. And then turned back to breech. Ack. |
