| Did anyone else have a slow start on weight watchers? I'm almost done with week 4 and have only lost 1.5 pounds. I'm only trying to lost 10 total, so I'm not sure if that's a factor. I eat my 20 points per day and maybe half of the weekly points. I started walking yesterday to try and boost my metabolism. My body seems stubbornly determined to remain at this weight!! |
| You probably need to eat a little more. You really should eat all your weekly points. Sounds like you are not overweight - just want to slim down a bit. Especially if you are exercising you need to eat more. I am on the low end of my healthy weight range and if I don't eat enough ,I gain weight. |
| When I got down to the last 5 or so pounds on WW, my weight loss, which had been a pretty consistent 1.8# per week, dropped to about 1.5 pounds every couple of weeks. But, the weight did come off. So, maybe it's just that you don't have much to lose. Also, are you drinking all of your water? Good luck OP. |
| OP here - I was wondering if it's because I'm not eating enough. Probably about 1200 calories a day so maybe my body thinks it's starving and is hanging onto the weight. I will try eating all the weekly points too to see if that makes a difference. Thanks! |
