Mayor's Dec 7 Order regarding high school outdoor sports

This order cancelled all organized outdoor sports involving high school age kids with no allowance for masks or distancing. Does anyone know when the restriction will be lifted? I have kids that would really like to get outside and exercise together again, even if they have to be distanced far apart. Dec 31 was mentioned in the order-- is that likely to be when the order dies?
