What do you tend to do for activity on trips to stay in shape?

| Run. I look at Strava heat maps and assume people know the best routes, so I follow those |
| I enjoy working out but don’t feel I need to do something to “stay in shape” while on vacation. With that said, I’ve always enjoyed the mountains more than the beach because it’s generally cooler outside and we typically go on daily hikes as a family if we’re in the mountains. |

I run to keep fit.
I really enjoy running mountain trails but often there are no sidewalks so running on the roads feels dangerous. Also, dogs are sometimes allowed to run wild. So I will say beach. There is nothing better than finishing a run with a swim in the ocean. |
| I like both equally as long as they are beautiful places with good food. I can run wherever. I rock climb and hike in mountains, swim or hike at the beach. |
| Mountains with a lake - best of both worlds. Hiking, swimming, and canoeing/kayaking are ample exercise options for a week of vacation. If the rental has enough open soace for yoga in the evenings, I’m golden. |
