Anyone have any experiences with Carvana, Vroom or other like sites you'd like to share?

I am thinking about buying a car. Cheap. Used. Basically just a foul weather grocery-getter and errand-runner.

Anyone use any of these online only retailers?

Good or bad experiences welcome!

I called Carvana. They failed to explain how it works, and never called me back.

I have bought from Carmax twice. You drive out to Dulles to their enormous lot, wander around, find a car you like (they have literally everything), then the price is on the car, no haggle.

Yep. I know carmax, that's why I asked about the online exclusive retailers.

Sold my Maserati through Vroom. They gave me the best price, which was a few thousand above KBB trade in if I remember correctly. Process was painless. A guy showed up with a flatbed and took it away. I was sad to see it go. A few days later the payment came and that was that. I had to FedEx one of the keys to them directly while giving the other key to the trucking guy. Just part of their process I guess. I would definitely do it again.
