Party supplies for 1st birthday in (or nearby) DC

| Any suggestions on places to find simple, modern party supplies for a boy's first birthday? In DC is preferable, but nearby is fine too. Also, I'm heading out to Costco to get some food for the party -- do they have party supplies there? Thanks! |

| Target usually has cute stuff... there's one in Columbia Heights. |

| There is a party city in Falls Church/Bailey's area. Costco really doesn't have party stuff other than generic plates and cups. |
