| My W-S delivery is not likely to make it. I look forward to them every year! What would you suggest instead that I can purchase ahead of time?? |
| The Trader Joe’s are delicious and they always taste better fresh. |
Think anywhere has any still? |
Agree |
| The croissants from Fresh Baguette and Praline are both very good. Also the bakery in Pike & Rose, whose name I forget. |
They are stocked regularly. I would not buy them now and hope to eat them on Christmas - they will be stale. Go early on the 24th and get some. |
| I order them from fresh direct, frozen. Similar to the W-S ones. |
Ahhhh. That is a great tip!!! |
Are they as good? |

There's a bakery on Wisconsin ave, close to the social Safeway that has the most delicious croissants. They look gorgeous and taste amazing. They only downside is that it's $6 per
Croissant. |
Never seen croissants there. Are they in that bakery section with the cakes and stuff? |
I think they are in the freezer section. |
| The croissants at Trader Joe’s are in the freezer. You leave them out overnight and bake them in the morning. They have almond (my fav) chocolate and plain. It is a regular item, not seasonal. |
NP here. To be clear, I think PP is talking about the frozen chocolate or almond croissants that you proof overnight and bake yourself — not traditional bakery croissants. |
