holiday gift for full-time preschool teacher?

| what will you be giving your child's full-time preschool teacher or daycare teacher for the holidays? a gift/cash/gift card? approximately how much is appropriate? tia. |

| We have 5 teachers between two kids-- part time day care (but three LONG days). We're doing a combination of gift card and nice box of chocolates, which will total about $40 per teacher. Plus I will send a big basket of something to the center as a whole; that usually runs about $100. |

| I posted this same question about a week or ten days ago. I got about five responses from people saying that they were actually preschool teachers and they all said one of their favorite gifts was a Starbucks giftcard so that they could get $5 eggnog lattes without feeling guilty about it! |
