| Does anyone have a recipe for something like this? I get it at Wegmans in the ready-made food and can't seem to find a recipe anywhere. It is a great vegetarian entree (or hearty side) but I have no idea how they make it. |

I'd ask at Wegmans, they might hand it over. If you get it, share, it sounds really good.
