| I received a bottle of this as a gift. Any good suggestions on how to use it? I'm vegetarian. So far I have come up with: puff pastry appetizers with feta & the spread, and with gruyere on country bread to make a French Onion Soup style grilled cheese. Any other ideas welcome! Thanks! |
| Those sound yummy. Do you eat eggs? I have not had the spread myself but I would think it would be yummy in/on an omelet or crepe. Or perhaps with some couscous? |

| Your ideas sound excellent! Roast some veggies for a sandwich and use it with that. Sandwich with goat cheese, figs, and the spread. On a veggie pizza or flatbread. On a veggie burger (make a good homemade one). Mixed into pasta with veggies and or parm. |

Put it on a grilled cheese. Maybe with a swipe of mustard.
On a pizza. Inside gougeres. Rolled up in crepes with spinach and chevre. On a cheeseboard with brie and figs, serve with oatcakes. |

| Put it in the well of an acorn squash while you roast it; sprinkle w chopped pecans. |
| My favorite is to spread chive cream cheese on an all seed cracker & top with a dollop of the onion sparead. Yum! |
Not sure how this thread was revived, but was gifted a jar at Christmas and that stuff is delicious! So good with cheese and crackers. |
