Testing for NY state colleges

Son is going back in the beginning of January. Needs to be tested within 3days of return with a negative result to get on campus. Move in date is Sunday. Any ideas where one might get a 3 day turn around for Sunday? Seems a bit impossible?

Home test kits give results in 48 hours or less.

We have used Pixel but now they are only available to symptomatic people. Do you have another company suggestion?
