Why wasn't it counted, OP? Did you check the website during the voting period to see if it was received and processed?

I don't know if anybody was doing ballot curing efforts in VA.

If there was a question on Election Day about whether your absentee ballot would be accepted, you should have gone in person to vote provisionally.
