| Yes -- you can submit it via email. On your kid's school website there should be an email for the school's SSL Coordinator. Email it to that person. |

| My middle school has a Google Form that students have to fill out to submit their forms. So, check with your individual school. They should have something on their website explaining the procedures to submit the form. |
