Daycare holiday tip question

I know this has come up many times in the past, but are you all doing anything different due to Covid? We started at a new in-home daycare in July after our old one closed permanently. There are 3 main teachers at our location. There are 2 locations. The owner works out of another house. We only met the owner a couple of times initially and our daily contact is only with the 3 providers. I was thinking of giving $150 to each of the 3 ladies. Weekly fee is $350. Is that a decent amount? I don’t want to seem cheap but also don’t want to make it awkward by overdoing it. Do we also give something to the owner?
The previous daycare was easier since it was just the owner and one assistant. Thanks for advice!

How old is your kid, and what is the teacher/kid ratio? 3 teachers for how many kids?

Kid is 20 months old, 8 kids total and there are 2 providers at any given time. One teacher is constant and the other two take turns.
