My 14 year old wears pj's from American Eagle. I buy a size xs as she about 4'11 and around 100lbs and they fit her perfect.

Pajamas are kind done at 11 and 12. Usually they wear sweats or shorts and a t-shirt.

PJ Salvage. You buy shirts, pants, shorts, etc. separately, and they have kids sizes. They're pricey though, but also super comfortable.

Most of them have some type of goofy/cutesy phrase on them, so if your girls aren't into that they might not work for you.

But we typically get our family Christmas Eve pajamas here each year.
