flag football teams and basketball teams, both playing outdoors. what is the name of the league?

The information came in a county email dated Nov. 23. It's long, but the paragraph about basketball says:
"Beginning in February, we plan to offer a new outdoor 3v3 basketball league. The league will run for five weeks for grades 5-12. (Unfortunately, outdoor basketball hoops are too tall for grades 1-4.) Registration will open in January and we will send more details soon. As winter progresses, we are hopeful of offering a few indoor sports opportunities for elementary-aged kids. Stay tuned for more information."
