When to expect withdrawal bleed for IVF birth control

I was prescribed birth control to time my IVF a cycle but unfortunately had terrible side effects after 2 weeks on the pill, and was told by nurse to stop taking immediately. Now I’m about mid way through a normal cycle but have no idea what that means since I’ve been taking the pill for 2 weeks. Any idea when I should expect a period?

I would usually start bleeding within 2-3 days after stopping BC, whether it was a week, two or a whole pack
