Men: what do you think of dark body hair?

Anonymous
I am a middle eastern woman with dark visible body hair. I am so insecure. What do men think of this?

Not a man, but also a middle eastern woman.

Men don’t care as long as it isn’t on your face.

My advice: Invest in some laser treatments to your face where there is unwanted dark hair.

If you can afford it, do your legs and bikini line too- more for convenience of not dealing with shaving, ingrowns, and stubble. I would recommend this to any woman though. But don’t go crazy and remove all your body hair. Men don’t care nearly as much as you think. Having some body hair is normal.

Not a fan. Especially if the nipples are hairy.

OP here. I have it around my belly and my ass cheeks.

If you can afford it, I’d have it lasered. If not, waxed.

Man here. Happy trail from your belly button downwards? Remove it -- not sexy on a woman.

+1 to PP suggesting that you do laser. But also love yourself, please! We all have things we would like to change physically about ourselves and your issue is an easy fix, OP!

I did laser, and it was one of the best decisions of my life. Never came back and no self-consciousness.

This thread is sad. Why are men so picky? Why can’t women be accepted for what they are naturally?

Laser hair removal for sure. I’m pale with dark hair and I was self conscious for ages.

I have been married for 8 years (dating for 12) to a totally normal guy who insists he does not care about my body hair at all. I have asked many many many times. I have dark hair ALL OVER my legs (yes, on my butt, too). I have a "happy trail" up to my belly button. I even have nipple hair. It has never once had an affect on his desire for me - I can not shave my legs for 2 months and he still is interested in me. I have asked him so many times if he dislikes my body hair and he says no. I recently went 2+ months without shaving, then I finally shaved. I took off A LOT of hair. I asked my husband about it and he was like uh I didn't even notice, sorry.

So, he could be an extremely good liar but.... I think he is at least one example of a man who does not care.

FWIW, does anyone care whether they are attractive to the kind of man who posts on dcum?

Okay so the lame guys who post here don't like it but the hot rich guys you all love do like it?

Right.

I am Italian and have a lot of dark body hair including a happy trail and on my nipples. I’m married now but dated a lot in my 20s- I was so insecure about this but most men in my experience don’t actually care.

Get it removed because it bothers you. Not because of what a man thinks.

Also, look for a guy with thick glasses. He can’t be bothered by what he can’t see. I’m more relaxed now that I’m older because without his glasses my DH can’t see a darn thing, especially not stray hair.
