Apple store shopping reservations

| I'm in desperate need of a new iPhone and before I decide which model I want, I'd like to actually see and hold them in person. On the Apple website they say you can make a reservation with a shopping specialist but every time I click on the link it says something went wrong and to try again later. I really don't want to go into the store when there are a lot of people there (which I guess won't happen due to current restrictions) or have to wait in line for a long time to be able to get into a store. Has anyone used this shopping reservation link with success? Or if you did go to a store without a reservation, did you have to wait a long time to get in? I'm in Bethesda FWIW so the closest stores to me are Bethesda and MM. Thanks... |

| Go to Best Buy at an off hour. They have them all on display. |

| I went today to the Apple store in Tysons. There were people outside helping you. I discussed, they brought it out and I paid. Took 10 minutes start to finish. No reservation. I was impressed. |
