Recommendations for Teen Counselor for Daughter

Hello,

I am in need of finding a counselor who is good with teens and does virtual appointments for my 16 year old daughter. Virginia or Maryland ok! No need for a psychiatrist. Just someone to talk to about teenage stuff.

You need to specify which state. Most are only licensed in one.

With teletherapy, the therapist has to be licensed in the state where you live.

I don’t think that’s universally true. In the age of COVID states have relaxed these requirements.
