You will definitely need more than 1400 for girls, especially if your player isn't a 4 or 5 star and is listed as their #1 recruit with the admissions office. Make sure the coach will allow you to pursue the major you desire. I knew a commit who had to switch Ivies because one coach wouldn't allow pre-med. Keep in mind that there are over 500+girls with a 4.0 GPA and a 1500+ SAT score, all vying for the same 7-9 spots on average at any Ivy League school. I personally have a player in the Ivy League. The girls' teams are highly accomplished academically, so the competition is fierce. It's important to cast a wide net and not overlook DIII high academic schools. Is your player on par with other Ivy recruits you are familiar with?

Not sure if it’s the same for girls but a few coaches requested a preread from my son in Dec, asked for transcripts and test scores, we did a quick last minute visit in late June and he didn’t get offered until July. Unlikely they’re looking at your daughter if they haven’t asked for a transcript yet.
