For lawyers on the board, can the analysis in the SCOTUS decision applied in the Roman Catholic diocese case also be applied to school closures?

| No. The church challenged the regulation. Schools are electing to stay closed. |
| Not a lawyer, but I think it would only be applicable if a state government tried to shut down religious schools while leaving secular ones open. I haven’t seen that happening anywhere. |
