Anita at Ibiza Day Spa on Pennsyvania at the top of Georgetown.

She is awesome and calming and she has good wax to minimize discomfort.

It is pricey - $65.

I go to Timi or Marcia at the Sugar House Day Spa in Old Town. They are really good. It costs $65 and I give $10 tip. Timi is a woman.

Elena at Jacques Dessange is amazing (and she's so skilled that you can do it and leave your underwear on, if you're a bit modest about the whole thing..)
