DMV Drivers License Renewal for 2 years - without an appointment during COVID (VA)

| I got a letter from DMV telling me I can renew my license for 2 years online without an appointment (which I would have needed otherwise), which was great news. Trouble is I can’t get through the process. I make it all the way to the point where I enter payment, but then get an error. Has anyone had better luck? Is there any trick to this (in terms of what to select to get to the right spot on the DMVNow website for it to go through)? |
