PP, why do you say South Arlington?

I hope that's the case for condos near Silver Spring.

Alexandria city area east of 395 between duke and seminary.

I agree that Alexandria is still relatively cheap compared to Arlington. It will appreciate with or without better schools just because of its proximity to DC.

I want excitement.

I want restaurants to open.

I want to travel...

But back on topic.

I'm going to go with Dulles Corridor near the metro stops.

PG County in the under appreciated areas close in (not College Park or Hyattsville).

They are in South Arlington so they will likely appreciate.

I’m not sure condos will ever appreciate that well, but the ones I’ve seen in SS seem well
priced for what you get (decent schools, transit) so I’m considering them. Even without huge appreciation you may sti
get some tax break and fixed housing costs against inflation compared to renting.

North Arlington is maxed out on appreciation

Schools will continue to be less of an issue moving forward with at least some distance learning

A hot new restaurant launched successfully during the pandemic in South Arlington

Robinson Square is become a reality

Long Branch natatorium.
