Anyone gotten a refund from MobileNow?

MobileNow, the parking payment service in MoCo, shut down earlier this year due to COVID and promised to refund everyone who had funds remaining on their account. I have a chunk of money in there and haven't found a way to fill out any forms for PayPal links or anything, like they said (my card on file expired). Has anyone gotten their money, or know who to speak with over there?

Had a balance of around $30.00 they just refunded me $0.96

Anytime a refund is promised, just dispute the charges if you want the full amount.

Got $0.84 for $15 on my account.

The system is working exactly as designed. When a business goes under, people get haircuts. I'm sure the lawyers and executives got paid a bit less than they were supposed to. Those of us with a balance in our accounts, pennies on the dollar.

Yea, 97 cents and the bas***** got between 16 &17 of my money I’ll never see!

We had maybe $20 or $25 in our account when they went out of business, which I assumed we would never get back. So far, I have not been disappointed.

We had something less than $25 when things stopped. As far as I know, we've gotten nothing and I don't expect that we will.
