| Piggy backing off the tinder thread, what cities have the best looking people? I’d say New York and Denver in the US, Amsterdam in Europe. |
| Boulder, Denver, Reno, SLC - basically cities with cultures that emphasize outdoor activity and healthy lifestyle |
| Rome and Miami |
This. I also find that the further south you go, what people lack in educational attainment, they make up for in physical attractiveness.
|
False. |
| Reno???? As in Reno, Nevada?? |
Wasn’t that poster, but it is close to Lake Tahoe, so maybe it has climbers & skiiers |
| Los Angeles followed by Miami for the US. Globally, Paris and Rome. |
pp, yes, not shitty Vegas lite Reno, Tahoe biking/tri/sking Reno. |
| What a ridiculous thread. Parisians are not attractive |
I mean... |
| San Diego. |
Dang it, that was supposed to be a pic of Lt. Dangle. |
| OMG no. Not Reno. Unless "leathery face" is your standard of beauty. |
Well, it's only gotten one vote, so it sounds like others agree with you. I would say Parisians are among the most stylish dressers in Europe, but yes, no more attractive than anywhere else. And I actually think people in Berlin and Copenhagen are more stylish than Paris, which is pretty conservative and trends older in terms of fashion. And Tokyo/Hong Kong I agree people in Denver tend to be very fit. However, they are not stylish dressers at all, so I find it kind of a mixed bag. It's nice to see healthy people, but there is So. Much. Fleece. So I would lean towards Seattle, Sydney/Melbourne, Tokyo, Barcelona. Also, it's true that LA and NY attract a lot of good looking people because of the show business industry. Plus in LA, even the less attractive people tend to take very good care of themselves (good skin, excellent dentition, relatively fit even if they aren't naturally thin). I have a lot of friends who work in film and television, and even the PAs and editors have aggressive yoga/hiking habits and get highlights and cap their teeth and get Botox. It's just very much part of the culture there. But it's not a very stylish city and there's also a lot of bad plastic surgery, which is a knock against. |
