Who is Dorothy Douglas?

| I’ve been looking at the DC SBOE election results and was surprised to see Dorothy Douglas come in a strong 3rd. Did anyone get mailers or phone calls from her campaign? Or did she do so well as part of the Women Wave in DC? |

Douglas was a Ward 7 SBOE member some years ago. Since then she has run for other offices. I ran across her when she ran for an At-Large Council seat. She tends to show up a lot in DC politics and is very active. If I remember correctly, she either is or was a DCPS teacher.
