JCC of Greater Washington Junior Maccabi Team tryouts

Just wanted to pass along information about tryouts for the JCC of Greater Washington's delegation to this year's Mid Atlantic Junior Maccabi Games. The Junior Games are a 1-day Olympic-style athletic competition for Jewish youth ages 10-12 (as of May 1, 2010). This year's Games are in Philadelphia on May 16 and the JCC of Greater Washington will be bringing teams in boys and girls soccer, boys and girls basketball, tennis and swimming. This is an amazing opportunity for Jewish pre-teens and I have seen firsthand how it impacts their lives and what a great time they have competing and meeting friends from the Mid Atlantic region!
