Urbana Elementary: Questions from Newcomers

Hi,
We're moving and will be sending our kids to Urbana Elementary. We are wondering what your distance learning experience has been like. Our current school has been offering hybrid, online/in-person, and we have been online. Do you get a syllabus of what the kids are supposed to be doing, a newsletter? Are the teachers responsive? Are the kids engaged? What's the community like at that school? Are kids/families tight-knit or does everyone kind of do their own thing? How big are the classes? Our current school has a classes of 13 and 16. Are there a lot of Spanish-speakers? Thank you. |
