I meant the thread name was "winter leagues" and the other was outdoor soccer or something similar.

FC Dulles in Chantilly also appears to have a league. Travel and Rec apparently.

Fiesta Soccer is sort of Outdoors. It's in the South Run Field House which is unheated.
