Family-friendly gyms in Arlington

I'm looking for a gym that has childcare included in membership so that I can go, drop my 3-year-old, and work out for an hour a day. Also, I'd like it to be family friendly and have a pool my husband and I could take our kids swimming at on the weekends. Does anybody know what some good options might be? We visited the YMCA in Alexandria yesterday and it looked good, but the $98/month family membership fee is a little steep. We moved from New York and only paid $65/month there.
