Im sure it varies dog to dog. Just like children in the same family raised by the same parents have varying temperaments.

They haven't had very good upbringings, nor were they bred for temperament. I've read some unfortunate adoption stories of these rescued Korean meat dogs, unfortunately.

We have enough dogs in America that need adopting. Many get euthanized.

Seriously, do we need to bring in more?

+1 I'm not Korean-American but I do foster dogs. We have more dogs in the US than demand. Is this really the best use of limited resources?

This. And nobody made any effort to properly socialize them as young puppies.
