| We did our first IUI on Tuesday. Unexplained secondary fertility (1 year of trying while monitoring my cycle with OPK). Should I close out the rest of the year with IUI (so 3 cycles total), and if those don’t work, move on to IVF in Jan? How long does it take to tee up an IVF cycle? How soon should I start that process? I will be 35 in March so I don’t want to waste time. I’d prefer to start IVF right in Jan. Thank you. |

| Three cycles of natural IVF would be a nice alternative before full blown stim IVF |

| If you are doing a fresh transfer, it’s about 2-3 weeks of birth control, 10 days of stims and another week for transfer. If you are doing a frozen embryo after testing, it takes longer. |
