How's the MARC from Rockville?

Does anyone here commute from Rockville to Union Station via MARC? How is it? Is the train usually on schedule? Are there plenty of seats available at the Rockville stop? And how easy is it to use Metrorail as a backup?

I have a friend who regularly took the Marc, pre-COVID. He said it was a comfortable commute and he enjoyed the time.
