Any one with experience with purchasing insurance in NH?

I am helping my mentee research insurance plans during open season that can provide some infertility treatment benefits. She does not have an employer-sponsored plan and so is not able to fully benefit from the New Hampshire infertility mandate. We are looking at plans on the exchange but only one seems to provide infertility treatment benefits, but it seems it's an HMO that isn't taken by any of the fertility clinics up there. I see plans that offer fertility diagnostic coverage but only one that provides treatment benefits (Ambetter).
