Caribe Hilton is very kid friendly. The low rise part near the condos, can't remember what it's called, has little pools and small garden with lots of birds. Protected artificial bay with sand.

I would also suggest the Caribe Hilton which is in Condado, The El San Juan in Isla Verder and the Conquistador which is close to the rain forest.
