Like I’m talking my entire core, especially my side muscles will light up and then when I try to stretch it out the cramp moves to the other side of my body. It’s crazy painful and I oftentimes can’t get it to settle down and end up just contorting myself, making it worse. This happens multiple times a day.
I have a massive 1 yo (35 lbs) and I think it’s from lifting him. Does anyone else get this? Do I need to strengthen my core or something? |

Op here. Yeah he’s huge. He is getting close to being 2, but he’s always been huge. DH and I are both very tall and heavy people. |
Op here. I don’t think this is what it is. The cramps are more on the side of my trunk, not near my chest at all. |
I have an appointment but it’s not for 3 weeks. I guess I thought other parents maybe experienced the same thing from lifting their kids?? But maybe not since my child is so large. |
